10-POINTS 5-YEARS DEVELOPMENT AGENDA FOR DZOGADZE

1. Clean Potable water systems

2. Establishment of the Brimshibrim Gorni Treve Dzogadze Development Foundation

3. Modern ICT Center for the Basic Schools

​

4. Cassava Processing Plant and its adjoining facilities for production of Ethanol and other byproducts, as we produce tons of thousands of Cassava every year to feed the West African subregion and export to the US, Europe and other regions, but in a limitedly processed form.

5. Health Center/Clinic with a Maternity & Children's ward, 1 resident Doctor or Physician together with nurses and midwifes for OPD treatments common children's conditions and women (ANC, Delivery and PNC), etc.

6. A Community Radio Station to serve as a means of communication and educating our citizens on all manner of issues ranging from health, agriculture, poverty alleviation, women empowerment, women and child rights, etc.

7. Our Roads Infrastructure . We have six major roads linking Dzogadze to the other 26 or so communities in the Greater Dzogadze. These roads are virtually nonexistent as grass has overgrown on them making it dangerous to ply these roads, especially in the night. These roads need to be graded to open up movements in between the communities.

8. Educational Scholarship Scheme for brilliant but needy students from High School to the completion of university in relevant fields that will in turn bring development and progress to the community at large.

9. Establishment of a Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Vocational Skills Training Institute to help train the next generation in relevant fields of career development.

10. Central Administrative Complex , that houses offices for directorates in charge of health, education, governance, local administration, security, etc.
